Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout.
• We currently ship within New Zealand only.

Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
• If you’ve placed a custom order or your purchase requires additional preparation, processing times may vary.

Delivery Times

• Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Please note that rural deliveries may take longer.

Packaging

• We do our best to use sustainable and protective packaging materials to ensure your pottery is securely packed and eco-friendly.

Damages or Issues

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Pick-Up Option

• If you're local to New Plymouth, you can opt for free pick-up at checkout. We’ll notify you once your order is ready for collection.
